In this course, you will be introduced to the core principles of Qigong, an ancient practice that blends physical movement with mindful awareness. We’ll focus on key elements such as relaxation, balance, and finding your inner center.
Often referred to as “meditation in meditation,“ Qigong is a powerful tool for reducing stress and enhancing overall well-being.
Whether you’re new to this practice or looking to deepen your understanding, this course is for you.
No experience or special equipment is required.
