In this course, you will be introduced to the core principles of Qigong, an ancient practice that blends physical movement with mindful awareness. We’ll focus on key elements such as relaxation, balance, and finding your inner center.
Often referred to as “meditation in meditation,“ Qigong is a powerful tool for reducing stress and enhancing overall well-being.
Whether you’re new to this practice or looking to deepen your understanding, this course is for you.
No experience or special equipment is required.

Qigong at the Rotvoll Festival
Welcome to a free introduction to Qigong at Rotvoll Festival!
I’m incredibly excited to be a part of the Rotvoll Festival for the very first time. At 2:30pm we’ll have a brief introduction to Qigong, so if you’re curious to give it a try, this is a perfect opportunity!
No experience or equipment is necessary. I’m looking forward to seeing you there!
Please note that the practice is weather-dependent, and in case of rain, sessions will not be held.
